Chicken Jump is surprisingly addictive! I picked it up thinking it would be a simple time-waster, but the level design is really clever. The graphics in Chicken Jump are pretty cute and colorful. The chicken character is adorable, and the platforms have a nice, clear design, making it easy to distinguish obstacles. It's not super high-res or anything, but for a casual game, it looks really clean and appealing. My only minor gripe is that after a few levels, the background elements can feel a bit same-y. A little more visual variety between the sets of levels would push it to a 5 for me. Still, very pleasant to look at!
Okay, this game starts out fun but then some of the levels get really frustrating, really fast. The 'gravity game' aspect means you have to be super precise with your jumps, and a tiny mistake sends you right back to the start. I've been stuck on level 8 for ages now, and it's starting to feel more like a chore than fun. It's a shame because the concept is good, but the difficulty curve just spikes way too much for what's advertised as a casual game. Might uninstall if I can't get past this one soon.
