I absolutely adore this game! It's super relaxing, especially after a long day. The ASMR sounds are really well done, and it's surprisingly satisfying to clean up those gnarly toenails and fix ingrowns. The tools are easy to use and it just feels good to help the virtual patients. It's not too complicated, which is perfect for a quick unwind session. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something chill and a bit gross in a fun way!
For a hypercasual game, the graphics are actually pretty decent. The foot models look surprisingly realistic, sometimes a little too real which is kinda funny. The tools are detailed and you can really see the difference you're making with each treatment. My only minor gripe is that some of the injuries start to look a bit same-y after a while, but overall, it's a solid visual experience. Good job on making those feet look so... foot-like!
It's a fun concept and definitely good for the first few levels, but it gets repetitive pretty fast. I was hoping for more challenging cases or some kind of progression system beyond just cleaning feet. Once you've done a few, you've pretty much seen all the game has to offer. It's relaxing, sure, but I wish there was more depth to keep me coming back. A bit more variety in the treatments or patient stories would make a huge difference.
